About

Forty years of solving
exactly those problems.

Brad Slater, founder of JavaTop
Brad Slater – Founder
"I solve the operational problems business owners can't find a solution for."

Forty years of practice. Not forty years at one company: forty years of building, running, and fixing businesses across advertising, hospitality, technology, and operations.

The practice began in 1986. The trading name has changed. The discipline has not. Custom software, POS integrations, data systems, AI, and operational infrastructure: not a service menu, but a record of the problems Australian businesses actually bring through the door.

JavaTop sits at the intersection of IT, business operations, and marketing. That combination is deliberate. The problems that live at the boundary between systems, teams, and disciplines are the ones no single specialist can solve. That is where this practice works best.
